Udug Association is a non-profit organisation established in 2013 by active members of the community who felt the need. Udug provides support to migrant communities, Asylum Seekers in Ireland in the areas of Youth development, community advancement and education. Udug tends to bring/bridge the migrant and hosting community in order to map out solutions to certain challenges.
Successfully concluded 6 days training program organized by UDUG ASSOCIATION with the participation of 9 European countries: Sweden, Denmark, Bosnia, Turkey, Latvia, Norway, Netherlands, Italy and Ireland. The program brought together 28 experts in the field of education and youth work, under theme ” Education path as a bridge to better future” This project was due in late 2020 but delayed due to the pandemic.
This project supports the professional development of active youth workers, youth leaders and also the Youth who are acting as multipliers in their local communities. it is supported by the Irish National Agency for Erasmus Plus .
Udug will lead to develop sense of consulting, inclusion, empowerment and belonging. Through dialogue, advocacy, change of best-practices and research to create positive social change.
